This towering plate of what vegetables, fish, crab, chicken, tofu, and mushrooms go into a pot of chicken broth that make up Chankonabe. Otherwise called a ‘sumo wrestler’s stew’, Chankonabe is a healthy protein rich meal used for weight gain in large quantities.
Savory Pad Thai

If you’ve eaten at a Thai restaurant or been to Thailand, I’m sure you’re already familiar with Pad Thai. The popular fried noodle dish was actually listed as number 5 in the ‘World’s 50 most delicious foods‘ as voted by readers of CNN.com, but there are so many versions of it that normally you can call any version in Bangkok authentic. I have been visiting Bangkok since 2003 and it is only in this recent trip that I have discovered this version of Pad Thai so savory like none other.
iPhonetastic Christmas

I haven’t really won anything in raffles over the past couple of years. Call it luck all over again or just something to cheer me up after a really rough year. While just dropping by Smart’s iPhone launch at Newport Mall in Resorts World, I found myself as one of the five lucky winners of a brand spanking new iPhone 5 in their raffle for the media. I couldn’t believe it when I heard my name as the first lucky winner. So it was an iPhonetastic Christmas gift from Smart for me to Live More. Thank you!
Serenity in the city

Wouldn’t it be nice to have something like this in the city? Well they have it in Japan, in Osaka to be exact. When you feel like getting away from all the madness in the city, a serene Zen garden awaits, for your experience of serenity in the city.
Headed to Japan’s Kitchen

I’ll be Osaka bound in exactly a week for a short vacation. While I’ve been to Japan for three times already, they were all to Tokyo. There’s always a nice feeling to exploring a new place once again.
